How commission works
We charge a flat 5% commission on prepaid online bookings only. If a client pays in cash at the studio, you keep 100% — no platform fee, no hidden charges.
Stripe processes the card payment and takes a separate processing fee (approximately 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction in Lithuania). Stripe's fee is independent of ours.
Worked example
On a €40 booking paid online: the professional receives ~€37.15, Stripe takes ~€0.85, and we take €2.00.
The exact platform fee is shown on every payout. Subscription tiers do not change the commission rate — they unlock features.
